Although it can be uncomfortable, the hot flush is nothing to worry about and is due to the natural vasodilators in the AM formula. The hot flush usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes. Ensure you eat a full meal before taking the AM formula and this should not occur.

If a hot flush is occurring, split the dosage. Take 2 AM capsules after breakfast, and 2 AM capsules after lunch. Followed by 4 PM capsules after dinner.

It is recommended to take the AM/PM protocol for a minimum of 3 months.
