CereFLEX Labs was founded by medical professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges of maintaining cognitive health after injury. Frustrated by the lack of comprehensive support options, they sought a science-driven approach to brain health, cognition, and memory.
Dr. Ash, inspired by his own journey of rebuilding cognitive function after being struck as a pedestrian, pursued studies in clinical neuroscience, functional neurology, and brain neuroplasticity. During his fellowship in metabolic medicine, he recognized that many existing options overlooked a key aspect of brain health—how cognitive function, memory, and overall brain performance are influenced by metabolic factors.
CereFLEX Labs was born from this research, with the goal of providing targeted support for those looking to optimize their cognitive health.

With this knowledge, Dr. Ash set out to develop a supplement designed to support cognitive function, memory, and overall brain health. Rather than addressing only surface-level concerns, he focused on a science-driven approach that considered the brain’s complex relationship with metabolic processes.
