CereFLEX Labs is the result of several traumatic brain injuries suffered by our founding partners, all medical professionals who were frustrated by the lack of real solutions. It took being on the patient's side and living day after day, week after week in recovery, to know there had to be a better way.
Spurred by his own fruitless recovery after being struck by a car as a pedestrian, Dr. Ash studied clinical neuroscience, functional neurology, and brain neuroplasticity. While finishing his fellowship in metabolic medicine, he discovered that many medications and supplements in the market that were prescribed to TBI patients were missing an essential component for recovery and support.
That component was the metabolic disruption of the brain caused by traumatic brain injury.

Armed with this knowledge, Dr. Ash set out to create a new supplement that wasn’t just focused on the symptoms of TBI, but the underlying metabolic disruption. By treating the root dysfunction of the metabolic system, the brain could regulate itself again. After 11 years of research, formulation, and testing, CereFLEX Labs was born.
