The Science Behind NeuroSync

A dual-phase brain support system. Two time-specific formulas working together as part of the NeuroSync Protocol, with ingredients supported by published, third-party research on individual ingredients.

The Science Behind NeuroSync
The Dual-Phase Approach

Why AM & PM?

Your brain has different demands during the day than it does in the evening. NeuroSync uses a simple AM + PM structure to support a consistent routine from morning to night. The AM formula is designed for daytime cognitive support and antioxidant support, while the PM formula helps enhance cognitive function and memory in adults and provides antioxidant support.* NeuroSync brings both steps into one streamlined protocol for everyday brain support, designed to complement your brain’s natural daily rhythm.

AM AM Formula - Daytime Cognitive Support*

Engineered for daytime support with ingredients selected to support cognition, memory, brain health, and antioxidant protection.*

  • Amino acids and nutrient precursors
  • Adaptogens and botanical extracts
  • Choline and cognitive nutrients

Many people choose to take Omega-3 alongside their AM supplement. We wish we could have added Omega-3 to NeuroSync, but due to the amount required for a meaningful dose, it was impossible to include it in our daily capsules, alongside our other key ingredients. If you have questions about whether Omega-3 is right for you, consult a health care practitioner.

Yes. AM: Brain Morning Formula does not contain caffeine, so you can generally keep your normal coffee or tea routine.

Take AM after a full meal, as directed on the label. Taking it on an empty stomach can increase the chance of a warm flushing sensation (hot flush) in some people. Eating a full meal first can help reduce the likelihood of this. Always read the label for full directions, cautions, and risk information.

AM: Brain Morning Formula is licensed for sale in Canada and has a Natural Product Number, NPN 80119775. A NPN means the product has been authorized for sale in Canada and is considered safe and effective when used according to the label directions.

Some people may experience a warm flushing sensation. Ensure you take AM after a full meal as directed. If it is bothersome, consider splitting the dose (2 capsules after breakfast and 2 capsules after lunch). If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.

Do not take NeuroSync AM if:

  • you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity (for example certain antidepressants, St. John’s wort products, cough and cold products with dextromethorphan, and other listed examples),
  • you are taking blood thinners or digoxin,
  • you have a kidney disorder or diabetes, or have liver, heart, or seizure conditions,
  • you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, or excess stomach acid,
  • you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or are having surgery.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion (possible low blood sugar), or if you experience insomnia, anxiety, headaches, irritability, or hypersensitivity.

Always read the label for full directions, cautions, and risk information.
